1. Return & Refund Policy – TRUEFIB

Thank you for choosing TRUEFIB.


As our products are Food Supplements / Nutraceuticals, we maintain strict hygiene and product safety standards. Therefore, all sales are final.

 

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the consumable nature of our nutraceutical products, TRUEFIB does not accept returns or exchanges, including cases such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Taste, preference, or allergy-related concerns
  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

Once shipped, orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

2. No Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional scenarios:

2.1 Damaged, Leaked, or Defective Product

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or defective, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Provide the following:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged item
  • Unboxing video (highly recommended)

After verification, TRUEFIB may issue either:

  • A replacement of the same product, OR
  • Store credit

Cash refunds will not be provided.

 

3. Wrong Product Delivered

If a wrong product is delivered, notify us within 24–48 hours with photos.
We will arrange a replacement free of charge.

 

4. Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order, share unboxing proof within 24 hours of delivery. Verified cases will receive a replacement or store credit.

 

5. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been:

  • Packed
  • Shipped
  • Out for delivery

Early cancellation may be possible only if the order is still not processed by our warehouse team.

 

6. Shipping Delays

TRUEFIB is not responsible for delays due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Operational restrictions
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by customer

Refunds will not be granted for such delays.
